Associate Producer - all games

Summary

As a Producer, you will help our game teams to carry forward their goals, unlocking and serving as a bridge between all the moving parts of publishing games. You will lead them to success by overseeing the operations, helping with organizational and administrative tasks, and acting as a facilitator and pivotal part of the team - you will thrive and breathe delivery and will do what is in your hands to achieve that success.

Responsibilities

  • Be a public-facing figure for players and a link between our users and teams
  • Manage, organize, and lead the teams to success by unlocking, helping, and serving their needs
  • Handle administrative tasks such as external communication, reporting, or KPIs, and help the team set goals
  • Own deadlines and roadmap definition and delivery together with the team
  • Handle communication 3rd party services and providers
  • Support with game budgeting and their P&L
  • Together with the team, ensure the content is released without errors to the players

Required Skills

  • Excel/Spreadsheets proficiency and capacity to work with dashboards, data, and reporting tools
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA and their working methodologies
  • Responsibility; act responsibly. If you commit to something, deliver it. If you can't, communicate it properly
  • Ownership; fix your own problems - there is no issue in asking, but get ready to handle it
  • Get dirty; we are in a fast-paced environment. Things need to get done, regardless
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English; other languages a plus

Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of creative content production using AI
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Knowledgeable about our games, being a player is a huge plus
